• Account and usage data. For customers using our platforms, account details, configuration, and basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
• Technical data. Standard information your browser sends, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and reliable.

2. How we use information

• To generate AI responses within conversations you initiate.

3. WhatsApp Business API and Meta platforms

Some of our services operate through the WhatsApp Business Platform and other Meta technologies. When you message a business that uses our software on WhatsApp, your messages are processed to deliver the service you requested. This processing is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and policies. We use Meta's platforms in accordance with their developer and platform terms, and we do not use the data obtained through these platforms for purposes other than providing and improving the requested service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers and infrastructure partners (such as hosting, AI model, and messaging providers) who process data on our behalf to run the service;
• With the business you are communicating with, when you contact a customer that uses our products;
