We build the AI software the region was missing.
Leader Smart Technology is an AI software studio based in Muscat, Oman. We design and operate SaaS products for businesses across the Middle East and North Africa, markets where modern AI tools have too often arrived late, in the wrong language, or not at all.
Our work centers on conversational AI and automation: digital employees that handle customer conversations over WhatsApp, platforms that run real operations for transport and commerce, and custom builds for teams that need software shaped to fit. We started where the need was clearest: Arabic-speaking businesses underserved by global software, and we build outward from there.
We're a small, technical team that takes products from first architecture to live production and keeps them running. That end-to-end ownership is deliberate: it's how we keep quality high and iteration fast.

Build for the region, not around it
Our products are Arabic-first by default. We design for how people in the MENA region actually communicate, starting with WhatsApp, the channel most businesses already live on.
Own the whole stack
We architect, build, deploy, and operate our own software on our own infrastructure. Fewer dependencies and fewer handoffs mean we can move quickly and stand behind what we ship.
Ship real software
We prefer lean process and steady releases over heavy frameworks and roadmaps that never ship. Everything we list is live and running for customers.
Stay accountable
We operate on a verified Meta Business account and hold ourselves to clear privacy and security practices, because the businesses that trust us are trusting us with their customers too.
